5 weeks around Arizona,Nevada,California and Hawaii.We were hosted by people found on www.homeexchange.com during all the trip.10 exchanges were made .

Le voyage :

1 mois (qui se sont transformé en 5 semaines) pour traverser l'Arizona,le Nevada,la Californie et Hawaii .Nous avons été hebergées tout au long du voyage par des personnes rencontrées sur www.homeexchange.com ,soit en hospitalité,soit en échange.En tout,10 échanges ont été mis en place.

21st August 2008 ,departure!
Après une dernière nuit avec les amis à Nice , nous partons à 4h30 du mat pour l'aéroport de Nice.
L'avion pour Londres décolle à 7h30 avec une escale de 6h ,puis vol de 11h pour Phoenix. Arrivée heure locale :17h30 .

After a last night with all our friends in Nice,we leave the house around 4:30 am.
The plane take off at 7:30 am with a long stop in London(6 hours),to continue with 11 hours flight to phoenix.
Arriving time : local time 5:30 pm .

Après avoir récupéré la voiture,et effectué quelques changements ( 650 dollard de frais jeunes conducteurs ...),nous prenons la route pour Anthem ,à environ 30 miles de Phoenix, ou nous sommes logées deux nuits chez Annette et Ren ,dans une immense maison avec piscine.

We were hosted in Anthem by Annette ,Ren and their daughter Taylor in a beautiful house.Thanks to them for their hospitality ,and helping us finding accomodation in their family in Flagstaff.

Go for a big road trip!!!!

5000 miles (pour les français... 7000km) in 10 days with one driver ....economy economy!!! but the co-pilot was the best.
Ready for the biggest adventure????
